To say Amanda is amazing is an understatement. As a first-time buyer, I was a little nervous, okay very nervous, with the whole process. She does the little things that most would not think of, let alone do. She will steer you away from houses that might be questionable to the appraiser before you order the appraisal, hence saving you time and money. She helps dial it back to reality when things start to get too lofty. She responded promptly to my requests for the sellers’ disclosures for the homes of interest. She is truly outstanding with this whole home process. I highly recommend her.
