To say Amanda is amazing is an understatement. As a first-time buyer, I was a little nervous, okay very nervous, with the whole process. She does the little things that most would not think of, let alone do. She will steer you away from houses that might be questionable to the appraiser before you order the appraisal, hence saving you time and money.
